Navistar relocated its headquarters at the same time it was experiencing a shortage of engineering talent. So the company asked us to position the organization as the employer of choice for beginning and seasoned engineers. For early professionals, we created the theme “We hire the best and make them better.” Seasoned professionals were told “You know how far you’ve come. See how far you can go.” In addition, we developed graphics for job fairs and brochures that drove each audience to a microsite. The site was designed to quickly address key topics, and efficiently leads them to search the database for relevant positions. As an added convenience, the site includes a college resource center that lets schools easily download posters and social media content for recruiting events.
