3M calls its internal global digital initiative “eTransformation.” We created multiple pieces that bring it to life. We identified key metrics and developed the flow and content for an impactful presentation. We created support materials for employees. We authored a book about provocative e-innovation stories, which drove visitors to a microsite that we created, curated and managed. Soon after, we developed a second book about the broader eTransformation picture. We even developed coasters that keep eTransformation front and center at meetings. As a result, 3M has strategic, consistent materials that reinforce the program worldwide.
