Ajinomoto means “essence of taste” but time was also of the essence for this one-hundred year old food company—one of the largest on the planet. They needed a partner who could not only spread the word about their North American Food Solutions division, but also quickly develop a brochure for their biggest trade show of the year. We united their brand with the theme “Building Bridges,” which reflected on their unique ability to bridge taste and nutrition, delicious and healthy, yesterday’s experience with tomorrow’s trends. The theme was introduced at the IFT show with a unique marketing brochure that doubled as a pin-to-the-wall-worthy poster complete with original infographics, a corporate history, and much more.
