The Challenge

The descendants of General George S. Patton began to realize the immense benefits of cannabis in helping veterans and their families cope with PTSD, social isolation and pain-related issues. With a foundation of organic agriculture, community giving and veterans issues, the family combined its legacy to establish Green Meadows cannabis dispensary—a premier provider of safe, pure and environmentally responsible cannabis.

The location was to open soon and Green Meadows needed a full-service partner to not only handle their cannabis website design, but to help them prepare for, and launch, the new dispensary. In addition to our comprehensive services, Pepper Group brought in our PR partner, Akrete, to provide complete launch support.

The Solution

We worked very closely with Green Meadows, first helping to identify and articulate their unique messages and then bringing it all to life through a new cannabis website design. Pepper Group created the site map, designed the site, wrote the copy, selected the keywords, executed local SEO efforts, integrated Dutchie online shopping, analytics and other core technology tools and launched a cannabis website design that truly elevated and differentiated the company from other dispensaries.

Along the way, we developed a social media plan, an ongoing content program and held weekly meetings where we provided advice and brainstormed ideas. We worked with Green Meadows on everything from photography, packaging, outdoor advertising, digital presence, loyalty programs, attracting talent, promotional swag and grand opening event planning—all within compliance of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations, and COVID-safe.
