Reaching the unreachable was a hefty challenge, but for Cintas, we did it. The goal was to get decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies who didn’t have a uniform program to watch a video called The Power of the Uniform. We needed a breakthrough format—emailing a link wasn't good enough. So we sent them a video mailer that essentially puts a movie in their hands. Upon opening the hardcover brochure, the video starts playing. Additional support included audience-tailored inserts, a landing page and emails. Marketing automation software lets Cintas track activity and follow-up with phone calls.
