The Challenge

When America’s fastest growing and 6th largest commercial roofing contractor, Roofing Corp of America (RCA), set out to develop a new, nationwide commercial roof service offering, they sought a marketing partner that could help with every aspect—from developing the strategy and messaging, to executing various initiatives simultaneously.

The Solution

Using our proprietary Revenue Tower® framework, Pepper Group and RCA held a two-day strategy meeting with company leadership to outline the new program, define the approach and identify key messages. Soon after, we created the new name, RoofAdvantage 360™, reflecting both the value delivered and the comprehensive, full-circle nature of the solution. We finalized four best-in-class service offerings, created a strong graphic identity and tagline, and brought the program to market with a suite of integrated tactics including an SEO-optimized website, persuasive sales tools and a compelling new business presentation.

The Result

Pepper Group helped bring the idea to reality in less than six months. Next steps include an educational lunch and learn presentation, powerful lead generation campaigns and new recruiting and training tools to help RCA continue its growth trajectory.
