During the month of December, Pepper Group is participating in a physical and virtual food drive to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository! Donation boxes are located on each floor of our office building for food donations and there is a donation page on the Greater Chicago Food Depository website. Please join us in this effort to help thousands of Chicagoans who are at risk of going hungry. For every $1 donated the Food Depository is able to provide 3 meals AND all donations made through our virtual drive will be used to purchase food for those in need, in our community.
Our goal is to raise $3,000.
Our virtual food drive makes it easy to help Cook County families. With just a few clicks, you can purchase nutritious fresh produce and protein and make a difference in the lives of many in our community.
The Food Depository has been distributing food to Cook County families since 1979. They began as a small operation founded by six individuals with a dream to end hunger; they continue today with the same inspiration, alongside a network of 700 member agencies—food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and programs. With our and your support, they will continue to keep food flowing into our community while addressing the root causes of hunger.
