The Challenge

Nonprofit organization BAI provides actionable insights and research that help financial organizations make smarter, forward-thinking decisions. Recently, they completed a survey to determine how consumer behaviors differ by generations, so that organizations could better understand shifting and differing attitudes about digital banking, the effect of the pandemic, and more. But after crunching the raw data, BAI still needed to communicate that information to bankers in a way that was easy to digest and understand.

The Solution

Pepper Group worked closely with BAI to determine the optimal way to communicate these survey results to their financial services audience. Pepper Group wrote and designed a number of cross-generational content pieces focusing on the stark behavioral differences (and some similarities) between Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X and Boomer generations.

The main touchpoint was a Pepper Group created multi-page report featuring key stats, and bold graphics. Clients and prospects alike could download the report from a gated landing page, enabling BAI to track and capture leads. Pepper Group also repurposed the information into an inspired, animated infographic that touched on the data at a high level, and teased the entire report.

As a result of our work, banks and other financial organizations can now make more informed decisions about their audiences while focusing on expanding their offerings, building out digital solutions and improving in-person banking in ways that will make the most impact with their customers.
